The process of rebuilding a Fuel Sending Unit will normally consist of disassembling and glass blasting the entire unit. Steel pickup and return lines will be replaced at this time, if needed, along with repairing or replacing any damaged wiring and rheostats.

Wiring harnesses, replacement rheostats and fuel tank level sensors may not appear the same as the originals. Their function will be identical.

Upon completion we paint most units exposed parts with a gray epoxy based paint to help protect the unit from the elements and to resist any future rust.

If you do not wish to have your unit painted please be sure to notify us and note it in the special instructions section of this page.

Not responsible for goods left over 30 days nor for loss by fire or theft.

I have read and accept the above.
